TERMS OF SERVICE

- Payments will be made through PayPal and 50% of the payment will be made as a deposit before the art is created
- It may take me some time to complete a commission. I would like to request patience while this is happening unless a specific deadline is agreed upon.
- You cannot claim my art or designs as your own. Please be sure to credit me when posting it on other sites.
- You will receive the finished commission via email.
- I reserve the right to post the artwork to my social media feeds. If you'd like your artwork to be private and not posted please discuss this with me before hand.
- You may not use any of my art as an NFT nor sell it for NFT purposes.
- I have the right to decline a commission request if the design is too detailed, the concept pose/idea makes me feel uncomfortable or I’m unable to draw it.
- I reserve the right to modify or remove details such as complex patterns if you’re unable to give me the PNG files of the patterns. This will be discussed with you beforehand.
- I work better with clear references. If you wish for me to draw based on description I may charge extra.
- I cannot provide complex backgrounds. Please check with me in advance if you're unsure on what constitutes a complex background.
- Simple backgrounds are included in the price.
- I can draw NSFW or sexually suggestive commissions but would prefer to discuss this before accepting a commission.
- As an artist, I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork: posting it to my sites, or presenting it in my portfolios.
- Please keep in mind that my art is constantly evolving and improving, so there might be slight differences between the examples on the site and the illustration you will receive.
- Please note that it is your responsibility to save the commission within a week of receiving the final commission files. In case you’re unable to do so, please let me know as soon as possible. I do not keep files on my computer after a certain period. Any lost files that are not saved within 2 weeks are the responsibility of the customer and therefore won’t be refunded.Payment Process
- Payments are only accepted in GBP and will be taken via Paypal invoice.
- All payments are paid 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.
- If I’m unable to complete your commission, I will fully refund you. Otherwise, no refunds.Commission Process
You will Commissioner will receive a draft sketch for approval. Following this, you will get a cleaner draft for second approval. Please list all the changes when receiving these sketches. If everything is approved then I'll proceed to finish the artwork.Please note that I offer a limited amount of edits during the sketch phase. Be upfront about the changes you require but keep in mind that there’s a limit to how many times I allow edits.If you want to change anything in the finished piece that wasn’t mentioned beforehand, I may charge an additional fee depending on the changes. Any missing or wrong details from my side will be fixed for free. You will always receive the PNG file of your artwork along with the different versions.What are Personal & Commercial Use Commissions?
Personal use means the artwork won't generate any kind of profit. Using it as wallpaper/avatar on non-profit sites, printing for yourself is personal use.Commercial use is any use that could generate income, solicits customers, or directly or indirectly has to do with financial gains, such as using the artwork for your brand or social media platforms that are able to gain profit. Please note commissions count as commercial use if my work is used as a streaming asset or to market in any kind of way.Deadline Commissions
You can order a deadline commission when you want to get the commissions done by a deadline. The deadline fee is up to 70% of the base price. and will be discussed based on the time until the deadline.
